Phoque Red
Tasting notes
This steel-aged, chill-able Pinot Noir presents a distinctive sensory experience. With the initial sip, vibrant fruit characteristics come to life, reminiscent of cherry pie flavors, complemented by a subtle hint of chocolate-covered strawberry that adds a luscious and indulgent dimension. What distinguishes this wine is its impeccable balance of acidity, offering a refreshing and invigorating contrast to the rich fruit profile. The result is a Pinot that is not only crisp and vibrant but also provides a delightful interplay between sweetness and zesty acidity.
