Production notes
Pinot Noir clones 115 & Wadensville direct pressed into a white wine, then blended with 15% later harvest whole cluster 777 clone Pinot Noir for a little extra depth and color. The whole thing rests in 100% clay amphora for 8 months, keeping it alive and expressive from start to finish. Jory soil, 300 feet.
