Aromas of Hood River pears, meyer lemon zest, wildflower honey, seashells, and a stoney minerality. Bright acidity, and a touch of fresh spice carry the delicious finish.

100% French Oak (15% new oak). Hand harvested grapes, sustainably farmed, native yeasts. Farming: organic methods.
