Stunning aromatics of rose petal, violet, and raspberry. Red fruit and pomegranate on the palate, bright acidity, and just a touch of warm spice that lingers.

Clones: Pommard, Wadeswil + field blend of 6 others.
12% whole cluster, native fermentation, minimal sulfur post malo and before bottling. Aged in 100% French oak, 20% new.
Farming: Organic and biodynamic methods, all organic sprays.
